We extend a warm welcome to Rev Ashley Saunders from Family Voice who will share with us about their work and also bring us God’s Word from Joshua 1, “Wrong time: Wrong Place”.
SNAC (Sunday Night After Church)
Join us right after the evening service tonight for a meal or cuppa at McDonalds, Nunawading.
Sunday School
...is held during the 10.30 am service. Today is a ‘non-curriculum’ Sunday, where we will be
exploring the theme of “Faith”. Since it is the long weekend, this is not part of the usual curriculum and you are welcome (as you are every week) to keep your children with you in the service if you prefer. For any queries, please speak to our Sunday School Co-ordinator Liz.
Debt Reduction
Thank you to all who have given towards the reduction of our building loan. If you would like to contribute towards this debt reduction, please use the specially marked envelopes available in the foyer or by direct deposit, marked “Debt Reduction”.
Catechism Exam
Does your child know what God's Word teaches about who God is and what He has done in Christ? A helpful way to teach them is with the Westminster Shorter Catechism, or Children's Catechism. Even if they have not learnt it yet, children from any age up to Year 10 can study for it and earn prizes. If you are interested, please speak to Clinton.
Profession of Faith Classes
Would you/your child like to publicly profess their faith in Christ, become a member at DPC, and get baptised if you haven’t been? On Friday nights in term 3 (during youth group) Clinton will be leading profession of faith classes. If you have questions or want to come along, rsvp to Clinton by June 20th.
